At about 9:30 on a perfect Saturday morning,
a restored WWII T-26 trainer
made an emergency landing
on the beach near Pennant Walk.
 
Emergency services responded immediately
but there were no injuries.

By evening, the plane was gone.  
Its wings were unbolted ...
