Someone had to be the first to dive off Saltaire's new dock.
On Saturday, March 31, 2007, Tommy and Jimi Sconzo with their brother-in-law, Andres Delgado,
took the plunge. Tommy liked it so well that he dove in a second time.
The water temperature was 45°.
